If you’ve been to BesaStyle.com over the weekend, you know I’m working on my own 30 day workout plan so I can be more motivated while I’m at home. In doing so I found a #30AbChallenge and today I did day 1. It doesn’t say how many times you should do it, so for week one I’m doing 2 sets of each #workout. Later on I should be doing some butt workouts so we shall see how those go! #weightloss #motivation
